Positive: The cleanliness and views were stunningly beautifully New Zealand. Simple amenities beautifully presented. Walking distance to family very nearby.

Negative: Lack of lighting at night. Returning after dark was tricky as there was no evident outdoor lighting attached to studio. Three Ubers cancelled pre booked trip to city/airport and two taxis refused service in the area, so that was disappointing. Recommend a hire car to stay here.

Summary: Pleasant place and would stay here again.
